FARM Our farm was established in the fifties, on a tuff which was originally used for threshing of cereals (barley, wheat …) by the community. To make it suitable to accommodate the first 400 olive trees, the land was battered and refined until it reached the consistency required. Cultivars typical of the area of Tuscia were chosen to be planted : Caninese , accompanied by Leccino, Frantoio and others. Over the years other lands were devoted to the cultivation of the olive up to reach a total of 12 hectares of specialized olive grove with about 1800 plants. Founded as primarily devoted to
